Gregg Wallace has showcased his weight loss transformation once again in gym selfies which show off his toned physique.
The 54-year-old Masterchef presenter previously documented his fitness journey on social media last year to much praise, bringing attention to his ripped back as he gets ‘stronger and older’.
Wallace has now given a fresh update with a picture lifting up his shirt, writing on Instagram: ‘Sunday morning. Alone in a gym.
‘Abbs n light cardio. Under 13 st!! [sic] ’
Wallace decided to change his habits a few years ago when he weighed over 16 stone, after explaining that he regularly drank booze and ordered takeaways.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain previously about his weight loss, Gregg said: ‘Let’s just say there are certain things you have to cut out.
‘I reduced the booze, I’ve had to give up fry ups and I exercise more.’
It was revealed last year how Gregg and his wife Anne-Marie are expecting their first child together.
‘We were due to start IVF but then it happened naturally after two years of trying,’ Gregg said. ‘The doctor told us it was a miracle Anna was pregnant.’
Gregg and Anne-Marie married back in August 2016, with the former having two children – Tom, 24, and Libby, 21 – from his marriage to second wife Denise.
