Holly Willoughby declined to offer information on how she reduced weight due to the fact that it’s ‘not important’.
The mother-of-three stated she didn’t desire a circus around the subject due to the fact that it is ‘personal’.
And the star has her factors, as she described that she interviews mums who have actually lost kids to anorexia. She stated that it did not assist that there was such a ‘fascination with weight at the moment’.

Keith previously told the Sun Online: ‘I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some sort of boxing.
‘I asked if she was going to be bringing a fitness DVD out, because everyone’s going to be saying, “I want a body like Holly Willoughby!”’
Holly has also credited having her own time as being a factor for looking so lean.
She has previously said that she has been able to focus a little more on toning her body now her children are a little older.
Holly presenter said: ‘I think you sort of get – the children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself and I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters.’
